Requirements for employing the inverted classroom strategy at Princess Noura Bint Abdulrahman University

Abstract
The aim of the research was to identify the requirements of employing the inverted classes at Princess Noura Bint Abdul Rahman University. The research used the descriptive approach by designing a 19-paragraph questionnaire on the requirements of employing these classes in the university. . The results showed that 68.9% of respondents said that the requirements for the learner were very important, while 31.1% indicated that they were important. As for the results related to the axis of requirements for faculty members, 62.7% of the sample members agreed that they are very important, while 28.1% indicated that they are important. Finally, 67.1% of the respondents believe that the material requirements are very important, while 26.1% indicated that they are important. In light of these results, the researcher recommends training the students on how to deal with the tools of technological innovations in the educational process, and training the members of the faculty on how to deal with the various software for the preparation of lessons.
