Effectiveness of an educational program to improve the language skills of deaf children in the Sudanese Hearing Center

Abstract
This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of a program to improve the skills of expressive language in children who are hearing impaired. The researcher used the semi-experimental method. The study population consisted of children of the Sudanese Hearing Center in Omdurman. The sample included 20 children and boys. They were selected through a comprehensive inventory. Two tools were used for the study: the first is the expression skills and the second is the proposed program to improve the language skills of the hearing impaired children. The use of statistical treatments: Pearson correlation coefficient, Kronbach alpha coefficient, and T test for one group. The results of the study were as follows: There were statistically significant differences between the results of the tribal measurements which obtained an average of (2.40) .00). With an average difference of (48.2), and there were no statistically significant differences between the tribal and remote indices in the expressive language skills between males and females.
